Why Tiffany’s?
“Life is really nothing more than a series of present moments – one right after another – to be experienced…You are always living in this moment: Will you live it present or absent?”
After graduating from the University of Oklahoma (Boomer Sooner!), Sarah and Lydia set off to start their lives…and got awesome full-time jobs in Dallas and lived happily ever after.
If only it were that simple, right?
After playing the waiting game for awhile, we realized: life doesn’t start once we get that perfect first job (yes, we’re idealists), it is going on right now!…and thus, this blog was born.
Since then, we did actually land jobs we love but have only found that time continues to slip by even faster. So we’re embracing and actively pursuing all of life’s experiences in an effort to live more intentionally and open to opportunities. And hopefully, we can inspire you to do the same.
Our hero Audrey Hepburn said it best in Breakfast at Tiffany’s when she described Tiffany’s as her happy place – This blog is our journey to find our “happy place” in life.
